About the Founder
Rosemary Urbon's life theme has been a journey committed to personal development
and further education. The majority of her development has been initiated by her at
her own expense, in areas that she has believed will assist in meeting her major life goal – to make a positive contribution to individual development, both personally and in the workplace. Her commitment is to help people become 'the best they can possibly be',
and to reap the rewards that will follow in all aspects of their lives.
Rosemary's interest in cross-culture started at an early age. Her interest was unexplainable but undeniable, particularly Asian culture. Her focus on development
of the individual and cultural integration in the workplace includes a strong emphasis
on communication and business facilitation consulting.
Rosemary is Australian born, with Dutch and Irish-Scottish heritage parents. She is based in Singapore, and has spent the last ten years working in and around the Asian region.
The people that work within the business strongly support highly practical and experiential approaches to individual growth and self improvement. Our consultants and business partners are all specialists with significant expertise in their fields.
