Paradox Graph and Narrative
Harrison Assessments is based upon Paradox Theory. This report focuses on twelve paradoxes that relate to the workplace. The report provides a graphical view of how the individual's tendencies relate to each of the twelve paradoxes. Paradox Theory provides a unique insight into oneself and others. Aside from offering a window into aspects of ourselves of which we may only be partially aware, it provides a guideline for balancing and developing ourselves. Harrison Assessments - Theory
Behavioral Report (Traits and Definitions)
This detailed report sets-out a person's full spectrum of behavioral traits and preferences including traits, attitudes, motivations, interpersonal skills, interests, task preferences and work environment preferences. It also identifies the person's behavioral competency strengths and potential weaknesses.
The Traits and Definitions report compares the person to a particular role by highlighting in green, blue and red, the Essential, Desirable and Traits to Avoid for that position. Harrison Assessments - Sample Reports
