Performance Management
Employee performance management includes planning and setting performance expectations and goals, monitoring performance, and providing regular feedback in relation to achieving those goals.
A well designed performance appraisal that incorporates the key factors that impact upon effective performance is an important feature in the relationship between a manager and the employee. It provides recognition for performance well done and helps to clarify what areas need improvement for effective performance.
Employee development includes additional training, transfers to other business units or country locations, and other methods that will provide the employee with an opportunity to learn new skills or take on higher levels of responsibility.
Evaluating performance against key performance indicators should be reviewed on a regular basis as a means of monitoring developmental progress.
Employment Contracts
With experience across Asia, Australia and the US, our consultants can provide your organization with valuable, up to date advice on local employment conditions and laws, employee remuneration packages, country hardships and other employment factors that are specific to that country location.
Many organizations use the organization's head office employment contract as a standard document, no matter where the country location, as a basis for drafting local employment contracts. Significant costly situations often arise when ignoring local employment issues, cultural differences and other environmental factors.
