This is a one day workshop designed for HR teams or people and culture teams which want to take engage in a deepdive into the role, the purpose and the benefits of the people and culture function. It can be delivered face to face, or virtually.

The day begins with a comparative analysis of HR and people and culture. It then explores the 3 elements of a transformational culture before exploring David Liddle’s ground breaking People and Culture Operating Model™.

The afternoon is spent building the business case for people and culture as well as examining the benefits it can deliver as your organisation adopts a proactive, predictive, collaborative, inclusive and transformative model of human resources.

  8. Consider the critical changes required for people and culture teams in terms of values & behaviours, people policies, EVP, wellbeing, inclusion, engagement etc
  9. Build a business case for people and culture thereby positioning it as one of the most strategically important functions in the modern workplace.
