Ade worked with our group providing HR training for senior managers. The training took place on site, through a series of 1 day seminars. Ade immediately understood our requirements and tailor made the training to be appropriate to our working environment; embracing the issues that the managers faced on a daily basis. Ade was highly professional, engaging and “walked with” us through the coaching. In addition Ade assisted in the updating of all of our HR documents bringing them up to date with current legislation. I would strongly recommend Ade for all of your HR requirements
